How long does the process take?

A full detail requires approximately 4-8 hours depending on condition, and size of the vehicle.

How often should a vehicle be detailed?

iDetail recommends to get your vehicle detailed at least twice a year.

Are chemicals harsh on the interior?

No, iDetail uses eco-friendly cleaners and dressings that will not damage the inside or outside of your vehicle.

Depending on the size of the vehicle it may vary, however on average it takes approximately 2-4 hours.

Are little bubbles normal?

The moisture we use for install can remain between the film and windows for up to 2 to 3 weeks; sometimes longer in colder climates. Moisture or condensation comes in the forms of haziness and water bubbles or pockets. They clear up. The moisture simply evaporates. Never try to push around any of these water pockets, for this can create air pockets which don't go away on their own.

How long do windows need to stay up for?

After install, the tinted windows will need to remain up for three days.

Will the tint fade, bubble, or turn purple?

No, our film comes with a lifetime warranty against fading, bubbling, peeling, and discoloration.


What is plasti dip?

Plasti dip is a rubber coating that can be sprayed onto any surface of your vehicle including wheels, bumpers or a whole car. Plasti dip protects your vehicle's original paint and is 100% removable. Think of it as a liquid wrap, sprays on but when dry peels off like a sticker.

How long does it last?

Plasti dip can last up to 3 years without having to be re-sprayed.

Will it hold up against the elements?

Plasti dip is extremely resistant to the elements including sun exposure, winter ice, snow, cold, salt etc. It is actually very common for customers to dip wheels and cars specifically to protect the original surfaces from the winter season.

Does it peel off without damaging the factory paint?

Yes, plasti dip does peel off without damaging the surface underneath.


How long does the process take?

Depending on the color and type of vehicle the process can take from 2-4 full business days.

How long does it last?

Longevity will depend on which material is used on each specific job, but on average most cast vinyls will last at least 5 years without absolutely no problems

Are there any benefits to wrapping a car as opposed to painting?

Yes absolutely. Vinyl wrap do not devalue your resell value like a paint job does, vinyl wrap actually protects your original paint, vinyl wrap cost is less compared to a quality paint job, vinyl wrap can last as long or more than paint if well taken care of, in case of ever needing a panel re-done because of a minor accident or scratch you will not need to worry about "blending panels."


How long does the process take?

When it comes to vehicle graphics there are three major steps, first is the design process which can take anywhere from 1-10 days, then follows the printing process which takes 1-2 days, finally the installation process which takes 1-2 days.

Our Laminated cast vinyl can last up to 10 years outdoors.

When installing a starter or alarm system on your car, we only tap in to certain wires while maintaining all your factory wiring unharmed.
